MONTHLY ASSOCIATION ASSESSMENTS ARE CONSIDERED LATE AFTER THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH.
RENT IS CONSIDERED LATE AFTER CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE 5TH OF EVERY MONTH.
Rental applications are required for each occupant 18 years or older. Applications must be accompanied by money order or cashier‘s check for $37 per applicant, must include the address being applied for and MUST be signed.
